It is interesting to watch others do karaoke. Some people are very good singers and they are confident. These people you think should try out for American Idol. Others are not so good but still confident and you hope that they do not attempt to try out for American Idol because they will make the TV edit for the worst singers who thought that they were good.

One of the best things about karaoke is the variety of karaoke cds that can be found for sale. Those who enjoy classical music or musicals may think that this is strictly for clubs and bars which play pop rock and country music. However, there are karaoke cds with classical and musical type music on them.

Music seems to have been revived among the new generation of kids. More and more they are singing karaoke and taking music lessons so that they can sing like the people on American Idol. They realize that they can have a shot to be heard and possibly even win a large contract that could change their life.
