He plans to unleash poisonous gases upon the city of San Francisco if his demands are not met. The unlikely team of a biological weapons expert, and a former prisoner of Alcatraz, must sneak onto the island and attempt to thwart the plot.
Life With Father: Powerful adaptation of a long running Broadway play by Howard Lindsay and Russell Crusoe based on Clarence Night's tale of growing up in turn-of-the-century NYC with his admiring although offbeat dad. This is utterly admirable, and a handsome production also. The Screen-play is by Donald Ogden Stewart. Cast includes William Powell, Irene Dunne, Elizabeth Taylor, Edmund Gwenn, ZaSu Pitts, Jimmy Lydon, and Matlin Milner. (118 minutes, 1947)
From the earth to The Moon: Jules Verne's fiction doesn't hover well in contrived sci-fi of early rocket flight to the moon. The cast looks mostly agitated. Cast includes Joseph Cotten, George Sanders, Debra Paget, Don Dubbins, Patric Knowles, and Henry Daniel. (100 minutes, 1958)
8 Percent Women: While a triumphant businessman is widowed, his child tries to help him through his misery by taking him on a sensual odyssey. The females range from a prior nun Collette to a horsewoman (Plummer) who wears a weird see through harness. Copious nudity couldn't keep this from being a massive bore. Cast includes John Sitting, Matthew Delamere, Vivian Wu, Shizuka lnoh, Barbara Sarafian, Manna Fujiwara, and Polly Stroller. (121 minutes, 1999)
Dream Warriors: When agitated kids in a psychiatric clinic find they are being visited in their dreams by the giggling, murderous figure of Freddy Krueger, Nancy Langenkamp, the survivor of the first film and now a psychiatrist, helps another physician and the terrified adolescents battle Freddy. Well written and imaginatively prompted, this is the best of the Elm Road films. Cast includes Heather Langenkamp, Patricia Arquette, Larry Fishburne, Priscilla Arrow, Brooke Bundy, Dick Cavett, and Zsa Zsa Gabor. (78 minutes, 1987)

About the Author:
Some of them make a lot of money, but many of them don't. Rent Dvd For this reason I've discovered some awesome movies I would have not watched before. This means that you cannot download any movie you feel like and have to choose from a set of slightly older movies.
