Then we get to Shangri-La and everything goes wrong. Across llOth Street - Barry Shear handled the directing for this motion picture. Three black men, disguised as cops have robbed the mob bank out of over $250,000. Now the cops and the mafia are in a pursuit to snare the thieves, and salvage the money. The stars include Anthony Quinn, Yaphet Kotto, Anthony Franciosa, Richard Ward, and Paul Benjannin. (1972 Crime-Drama)

Macabre - Outlandish goings on in smaIl town where a physician's youthful daughter strangely disappears and a unnamed phone caller declares that the youngster has been buried alive. Cast includes William Prince, Jim Backus, Christine White, and Jacqueline Scott. (73 minutes, 1958)

Dillinger - Unintelligent gangster film written by Philip Jordan, one of the best B films of its class albeit a key bank robbery is made up of stock footage lifted from Fritz Lang's You Only Live Once. Cast includes Edmund Lowe, Anne Jeffreys, Lawrence Tierney, Eduardo Ciannelli, Elisha Cook, and Marc Lawrence. (70 minutes, 1945)

Night of the Blood Monster - Lee is fine as Magistrate Jeffrey's who is a brutal judge presiding over "Bloody Assizes" after the Monmouth Revolt opposing to Baron James II, although the film itself is dull and grisly. Cast includes Christopher Lee, Maria Schell, Leo Genn, Maria Rohm, and Margaret Lee. (84 minutes, 1970)

Young Dr. Benjamin Stone is on his way to L.A. where his dream profession as a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills awaits him. Attempting to circumvent a traffic jam he winds up off the beaten path in the little town of Grady, where he winds up crashing his vehicle. To make things worse, it was into the town judge's fence that he crashed. Ben's sentence is 32 hours of community service at the town hospital. Serving his time, he starts to like the work, and finds himself falling in love.

Jack Frost - A inattentive father dies in an car mishap and comes to life one year later on as a snowman in his child's front yard! Nice, pleasant acting and an absence of violence make this an alright family film. However, it on no account conquers its quintessential issue, an enormously odd premise. Cast includes Michael Keaton, Kelly Preston, Mark Addy, Joseph Cross, Henry Rollins, and Dweezil Zappa. (95 minutes, 1998)

Sgt. Bilko - An army comedy with Steve Martin, Dan Akroyd and Phil Hartman. Sgt Bilko does essentially everything but army duties with his platoon of soldiers. Life in Sgt. Bilko's army is quite nice. That is until Major Thorn shows up and attempts to spoil the fun.

Alien Nation - Aliens are coming to Earth. It is an orderly integration. With the aliens here, a new form of racism is building. The first alien policeman must work through this racism with his partner. They then gain respect for each other and set out to fight crime in the underworld of the alien world. - 18762
